Card Scrapbooking
What better use for scrapbooking / card making, glue stick or rubber cement?

But I heard that rubber cement is best for non-wrinkliness … It has been awhile since I used glue sticks. Do they ripple paper as the glue that regularly?

I never use rubber cement on one of my scrapbook pages. This could damage your pages in time. I use the photo separates from the dollar store. You can get a box of $ 1 and it has 500 divisions of 2 double-sided tape in it. I always use them to respect my photos because it is safe for them and you can also remove your photo if necessary without completely messing up the page. I also used 3M Scotch glue in a bottle to adhere embellishments. It is neat to use because it has a sharp tip applicator and it is easy to dot of glue on the small items with the applicator tip. This can be purchased at Walmart.

I crop my photos on my 12 tmiemrr or my personal tmiemrr (from Creative Memories). The personal tmiemrr is just for photos. Here’s a link to show you: (Creative Memories is a direct sales company and you buy through a consultant)For doing tags, you can use the 12 tmiemrr, scissors or buy a template for tags. For templates, there are a couple of options. You can get one that you trace the image and then cut. Or you can get a Coluzzle. The Coluzzle is a type of swivelling exacto knife that sits in a template and cuts the image out. You can get a lot of different templates (circles, ovals, squares, hearts, tags, alphabets ). You get the starter with knife, cutting mat and a template or two to get you started. You add what templates you like. There are different scissors in different sizes. Depending on need, you can get smaller ones for small shapes with a 2-4 blade. Of course, scissors have tons of uses but can be hard to cut straight if you don’t have a line to follow. I also cut uphill .There are a ton of options out there. You can get machines that cut a lot of shapes, a machine to punch out shapes and the list goes on. Those are a big investment though. If you just want to do photos, start with basic stuff and go from there.Hope this helps you some! P.S. If you edit your question to say specifically what shapes you have had trouble with, perhaps we can give more exact advice.

    - Something about this page is so serene and pcefeaul. It’s completely not my style at all but I had a go at scraplifting it (and linked to this post from my blog, of course). I’m glad you’re getting back into scrapbooking and I’m looking forward to seeing what you post this year. Thank you, LouiseJanuary 19, 2013 2:40 pm

  4. It most certainly is RINO behavior. I attended the Rubio rally this afternoon and was surprised to see Sheriff White show up. It seems to me he is a bit misguided, either he supports Crist and should have stayed away or he just is looking for some lime light. Let me be clear, I will not vote for Mr White for anything! No RINO’s As to whether it harms the party, I say they did the party a service, since we now have no doubt who they are and can act accordingly.

I must say I started with PSE5 and had a hard time raelly getting in to it. I was finally able to figure it out with the help of my son, and then decied to go to CS3. Wrong…I couldn’t make that jump. Husband bought PSE7 and it was alot like CS3 that i used that for about a month then deleted it from computer as well as PSE5 and fully went to CS3. Never looked back. I love it. I would like to try psp just to say I have learned that also, but probly won’t cause i don’t want the expense. CS3 will work! Thanks for all your great designs and action. Love them.
