How much memory for a Sega Saturn?

I have several games for the Sega Saturn, but I need a memory cartridge to save them. How much memory is a good amount to get? memory? Any recommendations card games that I would put it are Nights: Into Dreams, Shining the Holy Ark and Shining Force III.
