Can someone tell me what is the best cutting machine for scrapbooking is?

I really want to buy one but know anyone who has one and they are all so expensive and would not buy one that is too difficult to use or too expensive to buy additional dies for. ive seen different types and just want to know if anyone here has one they can recommend?
