Where the stencil is included in Purge Scary Guy "Metallica" Live Sh * t: Binge and DVD Box Set?

I ordered the cabinet metclub.com (Metallica fan club magazine) and it arrived today. It came in a cardboard box with shrink film around him, and DVDs and CDs actually been inside. I opened it, and everything was there except for the Scary Guy Stencil. I know it's supposed to be included, because he says the metclub.com and the sticker that was on the shrink wrap. I know it's probably like a strange question, but where in the box the stencil is supposed to be? It was not with the libretto and Snake Pit pass. This is really bugging me. Thank you!
